approximately 1:15am on Thursday, July 21, shitting glitter took the stage
at el cid in silverlake ca. the band, who's set was allegedly scheduled
to begin around 11:30, very nearly left the venue when they were told
by management there would probably not be enough time for them to play.
luckily the band was able to rapidly set up their equipment and perform
four songs. the show was recorded by an evil pixie, using her cell phone.
daddy wild discovered the crime and chased the pixie three miles down
sunset blvd. towards downtown. wild tackled the pixie, stole the cell
phone and dialed star 69 to determine where the concert had been sent.
coco ono and wild then boarded wild's sherman tank and located the receiver
of the call, pillaged their house and recovered the audio from the show.
the band gave the recording to hoagie hill of seamonster sounds who performed
several experiments in his laboratory in order to improve the quality
of the audio. now, you will be able to click on the songs below and it
will be as if you were a part of that historic day. please listen to these
